An open letter to our family of patients regarding the Coronavirus and emergency dental care.
Our dear patients, first and foremost your health and safety are our primary concerns. You might have questions and concerns about Coronavirus as it relates to visiting our practice.
The American Dental Association recommended dentists to stop offering routine dental care for at least the next few weeks. We will continue to be available for your emergency dental needs. If you have a friend, co-worker, relative, family member who’s not a patient of record in our practice, we will be happy to assist them as well. Feel free to call as we are monitoring our phones 24/7 as always.
We do want you to know that we have always followed the strictest safety protocols. Our office meets or exceeds our local, state, ADA, and CDC recommendations for infection control. We have always and will continue to be vigilant about protecting your health. During this situation, we have heightened our already stringent safety standards.
We have spent the last week disinfecting every square inch of the facility.
In order to best protect you and our team members during this time; we advise our patients not to visit our office if you have any signs of cold, flu, coughing or sneezing or have been exposed to someone potentially affected.
If you have any question please feel free to call us. We wish you and your loved ones health and safety and for those who have been directly affected by the virus a speedy and complete recovery.
